Shipping & Return

Buying multiple items will ensure savings on shipping fees.
The buyer assumes ALL RESPONSIBILITY for lost items, stolen or damaged via USPS, for un-insured shipments. We are not responsible for any delayed shipment; estimated shipments will be shipped within 3-5 business days except holiday. Payments:
We only accept PayPal and ship after payment is verified. We will send a confirmation of the shipping to your email address. Payment will be processed immediately after buying the item, otherwise the item will be forfeited, and vendor releases all obligations to buyer. Please buy on items intended to be paid for in full by the customer. Make sure you know what it is you are buying before you place your purchase. Please review other items in our list to ensure you have not overlooked any items you wish to purchase.
Inspecting & Shipping
All items would be double tested before shipment. To be guarantee THAT THE ITEM IS in GOOD condition. All items will be shipped within specified processing time, following receipt of payment (except holiday). By default the order would be shipped via USPS, which may take 3-10 days for delivery and FOR INTERNATIONAL which may take 7 to 15 business days. USPS will not providing a TRACKING NUMBER FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING ONLY LOCAL SHIPMENT WITHIN UNITED STATES AREA. We will not be responsible with unexpected delay like custom`s process, weather condition ETC... If buyer request faster express such as DHL, UPS, FedEx (2-5 days) please contact us for additional cost, upon on agreement with buyer we will modify order amount with additional value for your payment. Based on a long-term cooperation with courier agent, we are able to offer you the best shipping service at low cost. We will list the tracking number after delivery, you can then visit the corresponding carrier`s website for online tracking information.

Taxes
The order will be declared as to eliminate your custom`s tax, and FOR easy the custom proceeding. HOWEVER in certain countries, you have to pay taxes or duties on imported goods. Sometimes goods under a certain value, or in certain categories, do not incur taxes. The rules are different in every country. Unfortunately there is no way for us to know the rules, regulations, customs, traditions, practices, loopholes, schemes, systems, paperwork, codes, laws, or rulings of every single country. Received Your Item
Once you receive your package, please check it to make sure all products are safely arrived. Also, please inspect it right away to make sure it matches the description in the listing. If something is unsatisfactory, please contact us and we will reply you within 24 hours to solve the problem. Don't put any complain or dispute without contacting us first as we may do our best to communicate you and resolved whatever issue you may have. Please be patient to wait our reply. You are allowed to fit all the brand new shoes and walk with your new shoes several times and see if that hurts your feet or not be sure that you are fitting and walking with your new shoes on the flat area or on the carpet to avoid damages. Don’t remove the tag until you decided to keep your shoes. All clothes and garments that is in BRAND NEW condition you are allowed to fit them but please don’t remove the tags until you decided to keep them. All the return Items should be in its ORIGINAL BRAND NEW SHAPE WITH NO SIGN OF WEAR AND TEARS OTHERWISE 50% of the full payment will be deducted and 50% will be refunded. Items that are in PRE-OWNED condition return the items 14 days after receiving the items with NO QUESTIONS ASKS. All return items are at your shipping cost and refund money will be issued right after we received the return items. WE REQUIRED THAT YOU MUST CONTACT US FOR ANY CONCERN THAT YOU WANT TO KNOW BEFORE YOU BUY. IF SO, Buyer is responsible for shipping cost incurred shipping IF THERE IS SOME CASES THAT YOU NEED TO SEND THE products back TO US.
